STEP 1: CONSULTATION

We start you off with a free consultation so you can get to know us. We will spend 15 minutes talking about you and how OPEX Delta can help fast track your goals.

STEP 2: ASSESSMENT

Once you have decided that OPEX Delta is right for you we match you up with a coach! They will take you through three 60 minute sessions (180 min) that include a Lifestyle Consultation, Movement Analysis and Physical Assessment.

STEP 3: TRAINING

Once your assessments are completed your coach will design your program weekly & customize it to your goals & lifestyle.

Shift worker? No problem. 

Busy Business Professional? No Problem. 

Busy Parent? No problem.

​

You complete your workouts whenever is convenient for you under the supervision of our coaches. You are never left alone so you are always performing movement correctly & efficiently. 

STEP 4: LIFESTYLE

Balancing your life can be difficult. Our coaches work with you on creating balance through fitness, healthy eating, sleep, stress management and much more.

How? 

 

Your coach meets with you each month in person to keep you accountable, make adjustments to your goals and help you stay on track.

STEP 5: RESULTS

We are here to teach you how to lead a healthy and balanced life. Results are guaranteed when you make positive long lasting change.
